So remember when we reported that WTForever21.com blogger Rachel Kane was threatened to be sued by Forever 21 if she didn’t take her satire blog down? Well, she’s definitely had a change of heart.
In a recent statement Kane says their claims have no basis in law and said she’s prepared to fight if the threats continue. “My attorneys are prepared to vigorously defend me and seek all available legal redress against Forever 21.”
She goes on to say that the blog will remain up and more content will be added soon. “I look forward to returning to blogging about fashion atrocities like lime green, faux fur covered vests and candy colored booty shorts on WTForever21.com.”
