The Game is back!
The Game is back and we’re super excited! Being that I’m one of the ones who followed from season one and signed petitions to get it back on air; to see the original cast sans Kelly Pitts (Brittany Daniel) on the small screen makes me happy! The first episode answered some burning questions from last season’s finale like the biggest one, did Melanie (Tia Mowry Hardrict) really get an abortion and whose baby was it? Viewers were told that this season would be a lot more funnier and that the writers and producers took into account last season’s feedback. I could definitely see some changes and have to add that Jason Pitts (Coby Bell) is still the one who makes me laugh the most; I think he is hilarious! Although some people still complained I think it was a pretty decent start to the season. You wanted answers to unanswered questions, you got it; more laughs, got that too. I say be happy that a show with an all black starring cast is on television and it’s a good one at that. The characters have evolved and grown since season 1 so most likely every season after won’t ever be the same as the one before. Please stop complaining and living in the past and enjoy the fact that voices were heard and a show that could’ve been pushed deep into a vault and only seen in reruns is available weekly with fresh new episodes. Revenge
Am I alone when I say I love Revenge? This week’s episode did something to me. Emily and Nolan together are great and I especially love his facial expressions/sly remarks. This storyline just keeps pulling me in and I get so upset when I reach the end of the episode. PS, was anyone else smirking/nodding in approval when Mason Treadwell’s house went up in flames? Totally foresee a lot unraveling in the near future, like why did Emily use Amanda’s lighter to start the fire and then leave the lighter in the burning house? Can’t wait until next week!
