Being a working girl and always on the go, it’s nice to be able to come home and create a quick, delicious and healthy meal. Using Kraft’s new Creamy Pesto cooking cream, stewed tomatoes and pasta you’ll have a yummy end of the day meal in no time! Check out this vegetarian recipe below!

Ingredients

Whole Grain Pasta
1 Can of stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup of Kraft’s Philadelphia Creamy Pesto Cooking Creme
Vegetable broth
Sea salt & pepper to taste
Shredded or grated parmasean cheese

Cook pasta according to directions and add a splash of vegetable broth to water for flavoring (optional). Drain water and mix in Kraft Philadelphia Creamy Pesto Cooking Creme and one can of drained stewed tomatoes. Add pepper and sea salt to taste and vegetable broth to thin if necessary. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

Plate and top with parmasean cheese! Optional, add chicken, a protein substitute or more veggies!
