BUTI fitness is a high intensity workout that combines yoga and dance with plyometrics and conditioning. Created by Bizzie Gold, this workout is sure to make you sweat, but in a good way!
I stumbled on Bizzie Gold a little over a week ago in a 10 minute workout video for PopSugar TV FitSugar. By the end of the workout I was covered in sweat, but I felt exhilarated. I immediately went on the search for more information on this intense workout. I found the website, did a few of the free routines and I am hooked!
BUTI Dance Workout- FitSugar
What I love the most about this workout is that yoga is infused throughout the entire routine. Just when you feel like you’re going to give up, you get that nice (still intense) break to breathe. Plus, throwing a little dance in the mix is always a good thing.
On the official website you can find links for subscribing to the online classes and even finding an instructor in your area. The online classes feature two packages, Tone and Sculpt, which range in price per a month. It definitely doesn’t hurt to give it a try before committing to it.
