With the change in seasons, it means more of us will be traveling to various places to get away from our normal daily routines. While on vacation it can be easy to skip out on your workouts and eat badly (it is vacation right?).
We’ve got a quick workout that will keep you on track and conscious of working out throughout your trip. We’re calling these Glam & Fit 50s! You’ll 5 reps of 10 for each exercise; that’s a total of 50. You’ll workout each muscle and feel a little better about indulging in your vacay treats!
Glam & Fit 50s
Mountain Climbers (50 each side)- In plank position, pull one knee at a time toward your chest and a quick, steady motion alternating sides.
Burpees– In a standing position, jump straight up drop down and jump back to plank position. Do one push up, jump your feet toward your hands and jump straight up, repeat.
Back Leg Lifts (50 each side)- On all fours, lift your leg back in a 90 degree angle. Repeat on each side either alternating or doing all reps on one leg then switching.
High Knees (50 each side)- Standing, lift your leg up in a 90 degree angle alternating legs in a jogging motion.
Lunge Squat Jumps (50 each side)- Standing, lunge on one side with front leg in a 90 degree angle and the opposite leg straight back. Jump up pulling both legs straight and land on the opposite leg.
Jump Squats– In a squat position, jump straight up and land in a squat position.
