Ingredients:
(please note, the ingredients were doubled in the video)
1 bunch of asparagus (rinsed, ends cut off)
1/2 jar roasted red peppers
1/4 olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
salt, pepper to taste-
Parmesan cheese
Mix all ingredients as demonstrated in the video and cook in oven at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins or until asparagus is wilted and slightly browned.
