This week’s look just happened to work surprisingly well; unplanned and all. This past weekend (October 20) was Curves. Couture. Chicago. and I was the official blogger for the event (complete post event coverage soon). I originally wanted to wear a dress but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I spotted these pants in Forever 21 (similar) and immediately had to try them on (I’m a sucker for prints).
It took a little bit, but I found a top that worked perfectly with the pants. For the accessories I kept it simple with stud earrings, a statement swinging owl necklace and a faux ostrich clutch (not pictured) that I picked up from target last month for a steal! I finished the look with textured grey pumps (similar) that I got from Victoria’s Secret a few years ago. I loved this look and it was definitely a hit.
