So remember how I said this year one of my fitness goals is to focus on toning? Well enter squats. It’s no secret that if you want a great derriere then this lower body toning exercise should definitely be apart of your routine. Squats aren’t just for lifting your butt; they also target your legs and core. Adding weights engages the upper body.
With so many squat challenges floating around and even apps I wanted to take the time to highlight one of my favorite workouts. A basic squat is pretty simple; you stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart then you lower your body down in a seating position keeping your knees from passing your toes.
