I let you all know about my transition from vegetarian to a vegan in last week’s Glam & Fit post, and I have been loving it so far! I have been testing out some new recipes and of course I’m going to share some of my favorites.
I am a pizza fanatic and that’s one of the foods that I didn’t want to give up. Enter this yummy vegan option! Yea it’s missing the cheese, but it’s still pretty delicious. So much so that you won’t even notice it’s not there. This fulfilling pizza changed my entire outlook on cheese free pizza. Check out the simple recipe below!
Ingredients: Serves 4
Egg & dairy free pre-baked pizza crust
1 can organic pizza sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped2 cup fresh or frozen spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced roasted red peppers
Pepper and garlic powder to taste
Spread the sauce on the crust and top with the garlic and seasonings. You can put the toppings on in any order, I like it with the spinach on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut and serve!
