Pistachios

Pistachios are salty, buttery and fulfilling. A handful of these will satisfy your craving while giving you something to chew on.

Grapes

I love green grapes. They’re sweet, juicy and downright addictive. It’s not hard to eat too many of these but you don’t have to feel guilty if you eat a vine or two… or three.

Apple & Peanut Butter

This is a no brainer. You get the crunchiness from the apple and both the apple and peanut butter satisfy your sweet tooth. I like to pair a crisp Gala apple with Skippy’s natural crunchy peanut butter.

Dark Chocolate Almond Milk

If you want chocolate, guilt-free chocolate this is a must. It’s vegan and comes in individual cartons that are only 120 calories. Hello chocolate!
