Since my last personal fitness tale a lot has changed. I was kind of on a weight loss plateau doing cardio, yoga and walking/jogging. I’ve recently changed up my workout routine and I’m seeing results!
Since it can sometimes be hard fitting in a trip to the gym or a full 45 minute workout routine, we thought we’d share some of our fave 10 minute or less cardio workout videos!
