Since my last personal fitness tale a lot has changed. I was kind of on a weight loss plateau doing cardio, yoga and walking/jogging. I’ve recently changed up my workout routine and I’m seeing results!
While cardio may burn more calories in a single session than weight lifting, weight lifting burns more calories over time.
